💪🌿Are you here for the protein or the plant forward recipes? Why not have both? This brown rice and quinoa salad is exactly that! It’s packed with protein from quinoa and chickpeas and gut-loving fiber from whole grains and fresh veggies.

Speaking of protein, I really am not a fan of complicated food, but simple desserts? Any day! Who wouldn't like a light cheesecake like dessert, packed with protein and bursting with fresh lemony flavor?

I am now just about ready to start planting more vegetables, my planters have arrived and Dave has put them together (a bit like building Ikea furniture 😁). My veg planting experience is very limited, so wish me luck, I'll be sure to keep you updated if I succeed or not! I'm yet to decide what goes in, maybe peas, runner beans and zucchini (courgettes), of course tomatoes and my purple potatoes, so exciting and nerve-racking 🫣!
