Sweet Valentine
Whether you are celebrating Valentine's day or not, I think your Valentine deserves a healthier dessert, or just treat yourself π!

My hubby Dave loves a chocolate raspberry Magnum lolly! At first, I kept nagging him to give them up: they are expensive and full of sugar π. And then I thought, maybe just maybe I can persuade him with a healthier dessert. So, I made a healthier version of this dessert which is just thick luscious Greek yogurt, berries (or you can add any fruit your Valentine fancies), maple syrup, and chopped nuts. I make this most evenings when he craves a sweet treat. But you can have it as breakfast too. Watch the Youtube video to see both versions and let me know if you make them!
And here's an easy lunch or dinner idea to sneak in a few veggies: crispy turkey and black beans quesadilla with avocado crema!
