Sometimes the best dinner plan is: take a pack of mince, add herbs, spices, tomatoes, beans, rice, or peppers, and feed a table

So this week is all about mince dinners that stretch well, reheat nicely, and feel like proper food for hungry people.

There’s plenty of plant variety tucked into these meals too, from peppers, tomatoes, onions, herbs, and chickpeas to strawberries and apples for pudding.

🫑 Stuffed, Saucy and Good for a Crowd

Turkish Stuffed Peppers
Herby beef and lamb mince, rice, tomato sauce, dill, parsley, and soft sweet peppers. Add yogurt or sour cream and plenty of bread for the sauce. They're even better the next day, so feel free to make them ahead.
