The daffodils are nearly there, I'm sure we will have a sea of yellow in our garden by next weekend when we would have left February well and truly behind us.
Although, I have really loved these winter months with some sort of gentle presence, enjoying each day whether frosty and bright or drizzly and dreary. I hear you! You had enough of soups and stews, but maybe just once more, watch the Youtube video and I think you will love Dave's cottage pie!
But as a sign that spring is around the corner, out pops the forced Rhubarb and I just cannot help but make a batch of rhubarb muffins (or two) π!
